Please click on the link below for URGENT appointment requests. For routine appointments, please download the NHS App or contact the surgery at 01442 500164.  The Duty Doctor will evaluate all medical requests based on clinical necessity.

Please also click the link below for administrative requests, such as sick notes. These will be forwarded to your own doctor; please be aware that sick notes can be backdated and are not considered urgent matters.

If you require immediate assistance, contact your GP. Should your GP practice be closed, access NHS 111 online or dial 111. In case of an emergency, call 999.
