Closure of Everest House Pharmacy

Dear Patients

We have been informed that Everest House Pharmacy will be closing on Saturday 12th April.

Any medication you have already ordered will be available for collection from Queens Square Pharmacy after this date.

Your nominated pharmacy will automatically be updated to Queens Square Pharmacy for future prescription requests.

If you have any questions, please speak directly with your pharmacy. Please note that the practice is not affiliated with either Everest House or Queens Square pharmacies.
