Clinical System Outage – Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th of December

Due to a break to the internet fibre serving our IT support provider, the practice had intermittent access to our clinical system on Monday 11th of December and the morning of Tuesday 12th of December from the surgery.  This will have impacted on our ability to provide the full range of services to our patients.

Access to the clinical system has now been restored and the practice is now operating as usual.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused due to these circumstances outside of our control and appreciate your understanding.
