Welcome to Everest House Surgery

We are using a new online service called “Register with a GP Surgery”, which makes it easy to register with Everest House Surgery.
All you need to do is fill this quick online form to start the process, which should only take about 10 minutes to complete.

You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or NHS number. The service is designed and run by the NHS, so you can rest assured that your personal information is safe.
The form helps cut the practice administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.

Paper forms are still available at reception if you need one.

The practice operates a personalised list; therefore, each patient will be assigned their own GP. You will usually be seen by your own doctor.
