Dacorum Mencap Learning Disability annual checks

Dacorum Mencap are hosting a number of events for our Learning Disability patients to discuss the Annual Health Check and meet with the Community Learning Disability Nursing team. Details of sessions are as follows:

Tuesday 23^rd July, 7-9pm – St Barnabas Church Hall, Queens Square, HP2 4HY

Wednesday 24th July, 7.30-9.30pm – St Mary’s Church Hall, Hemel Old Town, HP2 3AX

Monday 29th July, 7-9pm – Warners End Community Centre, Northridge Way, HP1 3QG

The open session is a chance for patients with learning disability, or those supporting someone with a learning disability, the chance to come and talk to the community Learning Disability nurses about annual health checks.
