Your feedback is helpful to us to improve our services, we believe that the only way we can improve the quality of the service we provide is by listening to your suggestions. If you have any positive feedback please let us know this, as it helps us to understand what is working well and what is liked by our patients.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be resolved in this way and you wish to make a formal complaint, we would like you to let us know in writing as soon as possible, ideally within a few days. If this is the case, we request that your complaint be addressed to us at everesthouse@nhs.net.
We hope that prior to you having to write a letter of complaint, the matter can be resolved by discussion. Again, please do not hesitate to raise your complaint with our management team in the first instance. If your feedback form contains any medical information or need clinical assistance, you should make an appointment to see or speak to your GP immediately.
