If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Accessibility
The entrance to the practice is wheelchair friendly via automatic opening doors, there is a lift to first floor consulting rooms and baby changing facilities are available in the patients toilet.
If you need any assistance, please ask one of our reception members of staff.
Interpreter services
The practice is able to make arrangements for an interpreter to join your GP consultation over the phone, please advise reception when booking your appointment if an interpreter is required so that arrangements can be made immediately prior to your appointment.
If you require a sign language interpreter this will be arranged in person provided sufficient notice has been given, usually a few days notice is required to be able to book a BSL interpreter.
